Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Parent/Guardian

Cancellation by SparkMinds
- If we cancel a camp session for any reason (insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, venue issues), you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
- In the event of inclement weather or emergency closure for a single day, we will offer a make-up day or pro-rated credit at our discretion.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Bundle discounts will be recalculated if a cancellation changes the number of enrolled camps below the discount threshold.
AI Robotics: Reachy Mini Program
The Reachy Mini robotics program ($2,499, 3-week program) includes a Reachy Mini robot that students keep after the program. Due to the 3-month lead time required to order robots, this program has a special cancellation policy:

- Limited to 10 students per session.
- Each student receives their own Reachy Mini robot to keep.
- Early enrollment is strongly recommended due to limited availability.
Credits
- Camp credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Credits may be applied to any future SparkMinds camp session.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Behavioral Dismissal
If a student is dismissed due to behavioral issues (per our Student Code of Conduct), no refund will be issued for the remaining days of that session.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund, email us at hello@spark-minds.ai with your name, the student's name, and the camp session(s) you wish to cancel. You may also request a cancellation through your parent dashboard.
